Members of our firm have been serving individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in Ohio since 1973. We are a general practice law firm of lawyers with broad experience in all types of litigation, ranging from antitrust to zoning. Additionally, we represent many local businesses, as well as out-of-town clients in non-litigation matters. Estate planning is also an important part of our practice.
Members of our firm currently hold part-time governmental positions of public trust in Berea, Brook Park, Beachwood, and Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
The firm values community participation by its members in a wide variety of volunteer activities.
We participate actively in professional organizations and associations. Recently, members of the firm have been elected trustees and officers of the newly-formed Southwest Area Bar Association, Inc. which is comprised of member lawyers with offices or residences within the jurisdiction of the Berea Municipal Court.
